Strawberry Rosso Jam
Yield: 1 small jar
GATHER THE GOODS
2 quarts strawberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons red vermouth
MAKE IT
Combine strawberries, sugar, and red vermouth in a medium pot. Bring jam to a simmer and cook until thickened 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve jam on toasted buttered bread!
