Cheese Board On Fleek
When the weather is spicy and family & friends are gathering, it’s always right to make cheese boards. I love them because there are many ways you can make them with all the varieties of cured meats, cheeses, and fruits. These boards could reflect your very own personal style, and everyone will expect you to make them for gatherings... just your way! And there has to be at least one thing on those boards that everyone will enjoy! The more adventurous eaters will be standing by until the last grape rolls off.
I haven’t put good thought into cheese boards in a while since our entertaining has been limited. When I got the chance this past week, I spent a good chunk of time in our local Adams Fairacre Farms market, gathering bits and pieces for it.
