As for me, Paper towel is my favorite tool in the kitchen. Forget the knives, spatulas, plating spoons, and sharpening stones. You can’t possibly do a thing without a crisp clean piece of paper towel. And I’m not talking about a sauce stained batter splattered bacteria saturated rag! If theres anything I always have in my hand or next to me, its a darn piece of paper towel. AMEN
